Freelancers and small teams

Invoices, proposals, and client emails that fill themselves in.

When you run your own business, you’re also the billing department, the sales team, and customer service. SimpleFill takes the repetitive writing off your plate.

Invoices that do the math

Build an invoice as a rich snippet with a table, your logo, and Fields for what changes. Add a calculation for the total:

Invoice {{invoice-number}}        Date: {{date | formatDate("D MMMM YYYY")}}
Bill to: {{client}}

Design work    {{hours}} hours × ${{rate}}    = ${{multiply}}

Payment due by {{date | addDays(30) | formatDate("D MMMM YYYY")}}.

Insert it into an email, or open the snippet’s ⋯ menu and choose Export as PDF to send a document. The marketplace has ready-made invoice templates to start from.

Proposals and quotes

Keep the parts you reuse as Blocks: @about-me, @process, @terms, @testimonials. Each proposal is then a short snippet that pulls them together, with Fields for the client and project.

Client emails

ShortcutWhat it’s for
;kickoffWelcome a new client and explain what happens next
;updateA weekly progress update with Fields for done, next, and blockers
;invoiceSend an invoice, with the due date filled in
;remindA polite payment reminder
;wrapClose a project and ask for a testimonial

Your details, always to hand

Save your business name, address, tax number, and bank details as snippets in a Business folder. Fill any form with auto-suggestions, or save whole forms you fill often, like a client’s supplier portal, with one-click form fill.

Let AI do the polishing

  • Run ;pro on a quick note to a new client.
  • Run Translate on a message to a client abroad.
  • Create a custom AI action called Polite but firm for payment reminders.
