Plans and licenses

SimpleFill has three plans. Every feature is in every plan, even the free one. The plans differ only in how many things you can save. Paid plans are a one-time purchase, not a subscription. Plans for teams and an AI add-on are coming soon.

Compare plans

Not limited on any plan: Smart Fields, add-ons, Transforms, site rules, AI providers, emoji, Quick Access, the rich text editor, and import and export.

Prices are in US dollars. Cloud AI usage is billed separately by your AI provider, and paid marketplace templates are separate purchases.

Buy a plan

1. Open the dashboard and go to License.
2. Under Choose Your Plan, click Buy Now on Standard or Pro.
3. Complete checkout, and copy the license key you receive.

Activate your license

1. Go to License.
2. Paste your key under Activate Your License.
3. Click Activate License.

Your plan unlocks right away in this browser.

Use it in more than one browser

Each license key works on up to 3 browsers at once. The License page shows how many activations your key has. Activate the same key in each browser you use, like Chrome at work and Firefox at home.

Moving to a new computer or browser? Click Deactivate License in the old one first to free up its spot. Lost access to the old one? Click Manage License to open the customer portal, where you can free activations yourself.

Safari

SimpleFill for Safari is a separate purchase on the Mac App Store. It includes everything in Pro and works on all your Macs signed in with the same Apple ID. Safari doesn’t use license keys, so there’s no License page.

When you reach a limit

When you’ve saved as many items as your plan allows, SimpleFill shows a note with a link to upgrade, and the Add button for that section is turned off. Everything you’ve already saved keeps working.

Upgrading from Standard to Pro

Coming soon

We’re adding two plans for teams, Team and Enterprise, and an add-on called SimpleFill AI. Free, Standard, and Pro stay one-time purchases with everything they include today. The new ones are subscriptions because they run on our servers every month: AI, syncing, and team management.

Prices will be announced at launch.

SimpleFill AI

Use AI actions without setting up a provider or an API key. It works with any plan, even Free.

Team

Everything in Pro for every member, plus a library you share. Billed per seat.

• Share snippets in the way that fits:
  • Send a copy: a one-time copy that’s theirs to keep and change
  • Shared folders: everyone uses the same snippets, and your changes reach the whole team
  • Edit together: members with edit access change shared snippets, with version history to undo
  • Follow: get every update, and edit a snippet to make your own copy
  • Share a link with anyone, even someone outside your team
  • Lock a snippet so members can use it but not change it
• Team Fields for details everyone uses, like your company address, updated everywhere at once
• Shared add-ons, site rules, and Transforms
• Roles: owner, admin, editor, and member
• Invite people by email, add or remove seats, and get one bill
• See which shared snippets your team uses, and which no one does
• SimpleFill AI credits included, shared by the team
• Free marketplace templates every month, added to your team library

Enterprise

Everything in Team, plus what IT and security teams need. Billed per seat, yearly.

• Single sign-on with SAML or OIDC, including Okta, Microsoft Entra ID, and Google Workspace
• Automatic user provisioning with SCIM, with directory groups mapped to shared folders
• A verified domain, so anyone with your company email joins your workspace
• Install and set up SimpleFill for everyone with Chrome Enterprise or Microsoft Intune
• Policies: turn AI on or off, choose which AI providers are allowed, block personal API keys, allow or block sites, and turn off the marketplace or exports
• Use your company’s own AI, like Azure OpenAI or Amazon Bedrock, without members seeing the key
• Analytics: adoption, the most used snippets, and time saved, by team, or by person when an admin turns it on
• An audit log of changes to shared snippets, sign-ins, and policy changes
• Approvals before changes to a shared library go live
• A data processing agreement and help with your security review
• Invoices and purchase orders, priority support, and help getting started
• More SimpleFill AI credits and free marketplace templates every month

Templates you get with a subscription are yours to keep. If a subscription ends, everything you’ve saved keeps working, just like when you reach a limit.
