Yes. Use Import / Export in SimpleFill to import your saved data. If an older JSON export needs conversion, use the Form Data Converter first. Import and export are available on every plan; imported items must fit your plan limits.

Expand a short shortcut into a formatted signature, invoice, or reply. Fields let you enter details when you insert a template. Smart Fields supply live values such as the page title, URL, date, or information from a compatible page plugin. Transforms can change those values, for example by converting text to uppercase.

No. Click the SimpleFill extension icon or open Quick Access with Command + Shift + Space on Mac, or Ctrl + Shift + Space on Windows and Linux. Search your saved items, forms, and actions from there. Your browser lets you change this shortcut. The right-click menu is available too.

As you type in a form field, SimpleFill intelligently analyzes your input and compares it with your previously saved entries. It displays the best-matching suggestions in a dropdown menu below the field. Simply click on a suggestion or use the Arrow keys and Enter key to instantly fill the field.

Yes, you can disable the auto-suggestions dropdown in SimpleFill settings. Right-click on any input field and select SimpleFill > Add form data. Then go to the Settings tab and uncheck the "Enable auto-suggestions" option.

Yes. Auto-suggestions are available on every plan. In SimpleFill 4, Free allows up to 5 form data items, Standard allows up to 50, and Pro has no item limit.

Every plan includes rich text, shortcut expansion, Quick Access, AI actions, and import/export. Free allows 5 items each in Form Data, Folders, Blocks, Fields, and Forms, plus 9 default AI actions. Standard allows 50 items in each of those sections and up to 50 AI actions. Pro removes those item limits. Cloud AI usage is billed separately by your chosen provider.

You can use a single license on up to 3 browsers simultaneously, regardless of the device. For use on additional browsers, you can purchase extra licenses.

SimpleFill needs permission to read and change website content so it can insert text, fill forms, and resolve page-aware Smart Fields. It processes the relevant page or field when a feature needs it. Your saved form data stays in your browser; cloud AI actions send their input to the provider you configure.

Your saved form data is stored locally in your browser. Extension settings can use your browser's sync feature. When you run a cloud AI action, its input is sent to your chosen AI provider. If you configure a local AI model, that processing stays on your machine.
